Envision Greater Fond du Lac hosted a ribbon cutting at member organization, Red Cabin at Green Acres, to commemorate the new ownership.

Red Cabin at Green Acres is a family-owned American restaurant serving butcher-fresh burgers, draft brews, and classic supper club fare. After more than a decade of ownership by Dave Schuh, the restaurant recently changed hands and is now owned and operated by Hailey Rohlfs and Sara Michaelson.

Together, the new owners want to carry on the traditions Red Cabin at Green Acres is known for, as well as introduce new ideas, specials, and desserts. Additionally, they have the capacity to host outdoor events for more than 500 guests.

Red Cabin at Green Acres is located just 10 minutes east of Fond du Lac at W2701 4th Street Road. To learn more on their country comforts with big city tastes, as well as information on their menu, catering, and events, please visit them online.
